  • Who draws the designs?
    • Me! My name is Jamie and I draw all of the designs seen here digitally using programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Procreate. 
  • Who prints the shirts?
    • Printing and shipping is fulfilled by Printful. It’s a neat company that enables people like me to build a website and sell shirts without having to invest in a $30,000 direct to garment printer and a fully stocked warehouse of blank shirts.
  • How long does it take to get my stuff? [and additional shipping details]
    • Fulfillment (the printing process) takes 2-7 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. On average you can expect to receive your order 2 weeks after placing it. 
  • What is the fit/style like?
    • All items are unisex unless otherwise specified. You can view a size guide for all available styles by clicking here. The shirts are Bella and Canvas 3001 (product code BC3001) and the hoodies are Cotton Heritage (product code M2580) you can google those item codes for further details. 
  • Why have I only received one item?
    • Printful has more than one production location, so if you order multiple items, it’s possible you’ll receive your order in multiple shipments because they’re coming from multiple places. If you’ve received only one item and haven’t received multiple tracking numbers for your order please reach out via the contact page or email (sup@literalismz.com) and I can further assist.
  • What if I received the wrong item/my order arrived damaged?
    • If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, or your order arrived damaged, reach out using the contact page or email (sup@literalismz.com) Please include your order number and a brief description of what is wrong. We’ll replace any incorrect or damaged items ASAP.
  • How do I return an item?
    • If you need to return an order for whatever reason, please print the return form, fill it out and mail the completed return form, and the items you’re returning to the address specified on the return form. You will have to cover the cost of shipping as I’m poor. I’m sorry.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    • Orders can’t be canceled or changed once they are placed with the exception of sold out products. If you need to change or cancel an order it will have to be returned and then reordered.
  • Where is my order?
    • Tracking information is provided as soon as the order is shipped out. If you haven’t received it within the fulfillment time range (2-7 business days) then please feel free to reach out via the contact page or through email (sup@literalismz.com) 
      • Literalismz is not responsible for orders that aren’t delivered due to loss in transit or theft if shipped to an unsecured location. If your order’s tracking status is marked ‘delivered’ but hasn’t arrived, please wait one business day
      • Literalismz is not responsible for orders that aren’t received due to incorrect or insufficient address information.
  • How do I wash my Literalismz clothing for the best care?
    • For best care, view any labels attached to each individual item.
      • For Bella & Canvas t-shirts, machine wash inside out on low to warm temps and tumble dry on low. Do not iron or bleach.
      • For the Cotton Heritage M2580 hoodies, machine wash inside-out with cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Tumble dry low and do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
  • Why is my shirt/hoodie a different color than what I ordered?
    • The colors of items on the website are displayed as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see on the website may vary from the colors of any items you receive in real life due to the screen settings you’re viewing those items on.
